Coreys Catering are pleased to confirm that we have been certified and registered according to the HACCP requirement. The Coreys Catering team have successfully completed all of the requirements for Certification through Global Compliance Certification (GCC).

HACCP stands for Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points. This is a preventative food safety system in which every step in the manufacture, storage and distribution of a food product is scientifically analysed for microbiological, physical and chemical hazards.

Potential hazards are, therefore, identified and appropriate control measures are taken before the problem can occur.

Although we have always maintained high standards in food safety this certification will give our customers continual reassurance that our quality systems are assured.
